Rincón de la Vieja combo canyoning tour
The Rincón de la Vieja combo canyoning tour takes place on the slopes of the Rincón de la Vieja volcano, and it is a busy full-day expedition with four main activities during the day.
Let’s start with a 45-minute walk in the morning to get to know the canyon and admire the plains of Guanacaste.
Then we will continue with a fantastic zipline ride through the open dry forest, the longest line is about 300 meters, and you can admire the suspension bridge that crosses the Colorado River Canyon. After completing the zipline, you can’t miss rappelling or climbing the river wall with great views of a million-year-old canyon formation shaped by the Colorado River (optional) .
At this point, an exciting tube trip down the river awaits you, ending in hot springs and mud baths, where you will rejuvenate with the therapeutic volcanic mud and relax after this day of adventure. Once you are done we will return you to your hotel.
